Unfiltered, first press olive oil with complex nutty flavors and some floral, grassy nuances. 

The certified organic olives for this olive oil were picked from 175 trees on our Bella Collina vineyard (home to 27 acres of Petite Sirah and Zinfandel) in Mendocino County. The same day they were picked, they were then pressed at or certified organic bottling partner, Terra Savia in Hopland, California. This exquisite oil was made from blending Leccino, Frantoio and Arbequina olives that grow on trees at 1,100 feet above the Ukiah valley floor. Complex,  nutty flavors, with some floral and grassy nuances. Certified organic by California Certified Organic Farmers (CCOF).
